Rental Policies:
- MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY. LESS THAN 3 NIGHTS ADD $125 Cleaning
Charge
- Additional $15 per person per night ($90 per week) over 6 people
to a maximum of 10 people
- 50% of the total rent is required at the time of booking with the
balance due prior to arrival
- A security deposit of $250 is also required prior to arrival
- If you cancel, your deposit will be refunded if the unit is re-rented
less a $100 administration charge
