$200 Weekdays
$275 Weekends & Holidays
From $1300 Week Peak Season

Summer Season June - Labour Day Weekend:

$235 Weekdays

Fall / Winter Season After Labour Day:

$200 Weekdays

• MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY. LESS THAN 3 NIGHTS ADD $125 Cleaning Charge
• Additional $15 per person per night ($90 per week) over 6 people to a maximum of 10 people
• 50% of the total rent is required at the time of booking with the balance due prior to arrival
• A security deposit of $250 is also required prior to arrival
• If you cancel, your deposit will be refunded if the unit is re-rented less a $100 administration charge
